Terms of Service

By accessing or engaging Dashttp for services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Dashttp provides custom web development, mobile application development, managed IT support, and cloud & DevOps services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate project proposal or statement of work agreed upon by both parties.
2. Quotes and Proposals
All quotes and proposals issued by Dashttp are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Acceptance of a quote constitutes agreement to proceed under the stated terms.
3. Payment Terms
- Projects are invoiced according to the payment schedule outlined in the project proposal (typically 50% upfront, 50% on delivery).
- Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.
- Payments are processed via Paystack and are subject to Paystack's terms. Accepted methods include mobile money, bank transfer, and card payments.
- All prices are quoted in GHS (Ghana Cedis) and include applicable taxes (NHIL, GETFund Levy, and VAT) as required by GRA.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all custom code and design deliverables created specifically for their project. Dashttp retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party libraries, frameworks, and assets remain subject to their respective licenses.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Providing timely feedback and approvals at agreed milestones.
- Supplying accurate content, assets, and credentials required for the project.
- Ensuring any third-party materials provided do not infringe on intellectual property rights.
6. Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
7. Warranty
Dashttp provides a 30-day bug-fix warranty on all delivered work. This covers defects in the agreed deliverables and does not extend to new feature requests, changes in requirements, or issues arising from third-party services.
8. Limitation of Liability
Dashttp's total liability for any claim arising under or in connection with an engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days' written notice. Work completed up to the termination date is billable and the client is entitled to deliverables completed and paid for.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, through arbitration in Accra, Ghana.
